How do I sign in?+

Enter your email. We'll send you a 6-digit code and a magic link — whichever is faster, tap it or type the code. No passwords to forget.

Is my data private?+

Yes. Your Thromes, reflections, and photos are visible only to you by default. Public Thromes (the ones you explicitly flag public) are visible to other Thromes users. We don't sell data, don't run ads, and don't track you across other sites. See our Privacy Policy for the full picture.

How do I export or delete my data?+

In-app: Profile → Export data (JSON download) or Delete account (permanent, 30-day grace period for accidental taps). Or email us and we'll handle it.

Does the app work offline?+

Currently the app needs an internet connection. Offline-first mode is on the roadmap — we'll announce when it ships.

What are the 6 categories?+

Courage, Adventure, Health, Financial, Impact, Lifestyle. Every Throme belongs to one. You can also add free-form tags like 'fear', 'travel', 'creative' to slice across categories.

Can I import or bulk-create Thromes?+

Not yet. Web dashboard inline-edit is the fastest way to add many at once. Bulk CSV import is on the quick-wins list.

When is the book coming?+

When it's ready. Drop your email on the home page or the book page and we'll notify you at launch. No drip campaign — just one email.
